We’re excited to share some big updates with you! Over the next few months, we’re rolling out new programs, expanding your benefits, and making important changes to ensure Omni continues to thrive and serve you at the highest level.

What’s Changing?

Reminder: Guest Passes Are Available – Your membership includes guest passes—bring a friend to Practica or a Monthly Social for free and share the joy of dance.
OmniTango Launching in March – Get ready to explore tango with Omni’s signature approach to technique, connection, and creativity. More info on the exact date and time TBA.
Omni Online Beta Begins in March – We’re launching an online platform to support your learning outside of class! We'll start with OmniZouk L1 and expand from there.
Studio Access for Members Starting March - members will be given 24/7 shared use of the Omni Studios except during official Omni activities. Feel free to study, stretch, or practice at Omni when you see fit.
OmniKids Beta Launching in June - We'll be piloting a kids summer camp for youth ages 9-12 here at Omni. It'll be full week program that teaches diverse Latin and Ballroom dance styles, combined with yoga, dance and movement games, meditations and social skills activities.

Membership Change To Sustain Service

To more easily provide a high-quality experience, Omni is redesigning its membership system.

New Membership System

Current Membership System

The new system will have one-tier as opposed to the current system's three tiers. The following tables show a comparison of what Omni's membership model was when it was launched in July 2024 vs. the new model.

The single tier in the new system provides even more value than the highest tier of the previous system but at a lower price. The intent behind this change is to

Simplify operations - previously, there was significant complexity having to educate members on which tier made sense for them in a given month and then assist members in switching between tiers. None of that is needed in a one-tier model.
Provide even more value - the new omni membership has all the value of Tier 3 in the previous system with the addition of Studio Access, Omni Online, and the new programs mentioned above.

Additional Member Policies

Members at Omni

Will receive their first month of membership for only $99 with prorating given the limited access to higher Level programming in the typical Omni student's first month.
Will have a $59 signup fee that is waived if they purchase on-site after their first free class.
Can still pay drop-in for Practica and Monthly Socials.

This new membership system will take effect starting March 1st 2025 for new members and April 1st 2025 for all current members.

How to Save on Your Membership

We understand these changes may affect the ability for some members to attend Omni, and we’re committed to keeping Omni accessible by offering the following ways to save.

Refer a Friend Discount – If you refer a friend, and they become a member, we will give you and them each a $30 credit towards Omni services. Help Omni grow and save at the same time!
Perks and Savings for Paying Up-front
- Commit to up-front payment of 6 months to save 10% and receive a free 50-minute private with the consenting Omni instructor of your choice.
- Commit to a 12 month payment, and save 20%, get a free private, and an Omni-versary pass.
- You can still freeze memberships during the period.
- Omni is offering this for up to 20 current members at this time.
- This is a limited time offer that will end at the end of February.
Become an Omni Ambassador – Volunteer and contribute to the community while receiving membership benefits. Fill out this form to apply.
The Omni Promise – Omni promises to discount up to 25% of every non-capacity-constrained event's capacity for community members who need it. The current discount is 50%. We trust our members to use this program as needed— no questions asked. Just fill out our application.

Why These Changes?

We want to invest in your experience without cutting corners or making rushed decisions due to financial pressure. These changes will allow us to build something lasting, high-quality, and sustainable for our entire community.

Omni's Growth Milestones

The changed membership model is a first milestone in reducing Omni's current financial strain, and as thanks, we are unlocking the programs and perks shared above.

But, Omni isn't out of the woods yet. We need to grow further, and we want you, our community, to be incentivized to help us.

Today, Omni has 164 active members (not including frozen members).

As we grow and hit each of the following membership milestones, the following additional perks will be unlocked for the community as a thanks to the additional revenue that is available for reinvestment:

150 members (ALREADY DONE!):
- All members who want them will receive free Omni-branded socks.
175 members:
- All monthly socials will be served exclusively by live DJs. (No more DJ Playlist.)
- The quality of all classes will be augmented by an instructor auditing system where instructors will be paid to study each other's instruction and then coach each other with Omni standards and guidance.
200 members (this is where we think we'll break even financially.):
- Omni will create and launch new content for Omni Online every week. Members will have exclusive first access to the content.
- Omni will have a pizza party for members (with dancing, of course).
225 members:
- Omni will launch weekenders for a new style (whichever has the largest demand).
250 members:
- Omni will test a larger studio space in Artthaus (E2) that is closer to the restrooms and entrance of the building (no more long walks!)
